QUESTION: I am really enjoying my Daily Inspirations, can I help spread the word so more people can benefit from this?

ANSWER: Absolutely!!!!!! ;-) There are many ways to help spread the word.

1. The easiest way to spread the word is to Forward one of the Daily Inspiration emails. In your email application, there will be a button or a link that is labeled Forward. Click this, then add all of the email addresses of friends and family you would like to share this with. It really helps if you add a short personal note encouraging them to sign up for the free Daily Inspiration emails.

2. Use the Tell-A-Friend form and send it to your friends and family.

3. If you participate in forums, you can add the following code to your signiture. That way everytime you start a discussion or post a comment in a discussion this hyperlink will appear at the end of your comment "Free Daily Inspirational Messages".

4. If you participate in social networks like mySpace or FaceBook or one of thousands of other social networks please add us to your page or profile.

QUESTION: I signed up, but why haven't I gotten any emails yet?

ANSWER: There could be a few reasons:

1. Sometimes large ISPs like AOL or Yahoo get backed up in getting the email to your Inbox. Sometimes it can take 5 to 10 minutes to show up after you've registered.

2. If you signed up between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, our server maybe busy sending the Daily Inspiration.

3. If you don't see it in your Inbox within a few minutes, check your Junkbox. Sometimes called Spam, Junk, etc. You may find it in there. If you did locate it in your Junkbox. Please look below for instructions on making it go to your Inbox automatically.


QUESTION: It is ending up in my Junkbox or Spambox. How can I make it go into my Inbox automatically?

ANSWER: This is a very common problem and lucky, in most cases, very easy to fix. Look below for instructions that will help you:

· In Most Situations: Add DailyInspiration@2InspireDaily.com to your address book. In most email applications there is also usually a button or a link (sometimes accessed by right-clicking) that will let you assign it a "Not Spam" status.

· Outlook: When you find email in your junk mail that is not junk, right click on the email, select "Junk E-mail", and then select "Add Sender's domain (example.com) to Safe Senders List". From now on your inspirational messages from us will end up in your Inbox.


QUESTION: I filled out your Contact Us form and it's been 3 days or more and I haven't heard back from you?

ANSWER: First if it's been less than 3 days, please be patient. Sometimes on weekends a lot of questions come in and it takes a while on Monday to get through them all.

If it's been longer than 3 days. First check your Spambox. If it's not there. Follow the instructions for the question above regarding not getting email. You may have to add Support@2InspireDaily.com to your Address Book if your ISP or spam software is very strict.


QUESTION: Will you sell or rent our information in anyway?

ANSWER: No, we will not do that.


QUESTION: Will you send me email that isn't the Daily Inspiration?

ANSWER: Yes, there are times that we have announcements or special messages that we will send you. However, this will be not be frequent and you will always have the ability to cancel these announcements at the bottom of every announcement email.

UPDATE: We have been asked many times if cancelling the announcements will cancel the Daily Inspiration. The answer is no, they are treated separately. There are people who only want the Daily Inspirations and not any announcements, this is perfectly fine with us.


QUESTION: I have changed my email address how do I get my Daily Inspiration to go to my new email address?

ANSWER: Please fill out our Conact Us form and indicate that you want to update your email address. Make sure you list your OLD email address as well as your NEW email address in the Comments section of the form. It will take up to 3 days but usually we can change it the same day.


QUESTION: I have enjoyed getting my Daily Inspirations but I would like to stop them from coming?

ANSWER: Please fill out our Unsubscribe form and indicate that you want to cancel your Daily Inspiration. Make sure you include the email address we are cancelling for you in the Comments section of the form. It can take 24-48 hours but usually it is processed immediately. We are sorry to see you go, and you are welcome to come back anytime.


QUESTION: I previously cancelled my Daily Inspirations but would like to start receiving them again?

ANSWER: Please fill out our Free Sign-up form just like you did when you joined the first time. It can take 24-48 hours to start but usually the Free Daily Inspirations start the very next day. We are very happy to have you with us again!
